Job summary

NCR Atleos is hiring a Field Service Technician II to install, service, and repair electromechanical equipment across a defined territory in the Memphis, TN area. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure uptime for major retailers and banks.

The role requires at least 1 year in a related field, a valid US work authorization, and a valid driver's license. Travel and weekend shifts may be involved; comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related field experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and OS familiarity.
• Ability to travel and handle shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly.
• Service electromechanical equipment including ATMs and self-checkout systems.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose hardware, software, networking, and system configs.
• Coordinate with customers and provide professional assistance.
