Job summary

You will provide technical support, manage user accounts, and coordinate with dispatchers while ensuring security and compliance at multiple sites.

Responsibilities include training users, assisting with software updates, and maintaining inventory. Candidates should learn products quickly and communicate effectively with customers and team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED obtained.
• Experience in difficult environments such as corrections.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Travel to facilities to maintain and repair products for customers.
• Set up and maintain tablets and devices for users.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot tablet issues.
• Manage inventory and coordinate dispatch with ETA information.
• Train users on how to operate tablet systems and video visitation.
