Job summary

NCR Voyix in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Field Service Technician I to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment including self-checkouts. You’ll be the first line of customer support, triaging issues and delivering on-site solutions with training provided.

Ideal candidates are locally based, have a valid driver’s license, and are willing to travel within the territory. This role offers hourly pay, overtime, holidays, vacation, a 401K, and medical insurance from day one.

Qualifications

• Basic qualifications include local geographic eligibility, US work authorization, and a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to perform rotating and weekend shifts with flexible hours.
• Prolonged travel and ability to lift up to 75 lbs (150 lbs with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
