Job summary

IGT is seeking a Field Service Technician to maintain and service gaming equipment at retailer locations across the Rhode Island region. You will respond to dispatches, install, repair, and upgrade equipment while ensuring minimal downtime and high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are entry-level with a High School diploma, basic computer skills, a valid driver's license, and the willingness to work varied shifts, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. Training provided and safety first.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical and customer service experience is preferred.
• Entry level position.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, install, remove, convert, configure, and maintain IGT equipment at retailer locations.
• Perform preventive maintenance, basic component replacement, and equipment setup.
• Test equipment and game functionality, including input/output systems and pay tables.
• Install and maintain communication infrastructure and data lines.
• Accurately document service calls, repairs, and resolutions.
• Communicate with Dispatch, technical teams, customers, and stakeholders.
