Job summary

International Game Technology (IGT) is seeking a Field Service Technician to service IGT equipment at Retailer locations. You will respond to dispatches, install, repair, and maintain lottery devices and communications hardware across your zone.

The role requires troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and accurate documentation of each service call. Candidates should have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical and customer service experience is preferred.
• Entry level position suitable for immediate start.
• Must be computer literate and able to work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain gaming equipment to ensure continuous operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance, basic component replacement, and equipment setup.
• Test equipment functions, including data lines and pay tables.
• Install and maintain communication infrastructure and data connectivity.
• Document service calls, times, issues, and resolutions clearly.
