IGT, a global leader in gaming technology, seeks a Field Service Technician to support gaming and loyalty equipment at Winstar Casino and nearby sites. Based in Oklahoma, you'll troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize hardware and software while delivering excellent customer service.

This onsite role requires 1+ years field service, basic networking, and the ability to travel within a 40-mile radius. IGT offers a total rewards package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of technician or field service experience in a customer-facing role.
• Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working onsite, using tools, and being on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for gaming, fintech, and loyalty equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system issues, including root cause analysis.
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist with installations and site surveys.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for service-related issues, delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts and complete service reporting in a timely manner.
• Support team members and assist at other locations as needed.
• Travel within the assigned service area and occasionally beyond as business needs require.
