Job summary

International Game Technology (IGT) is seeking a Field Service Technician to service IGT equipment at retailer locations across the Wisconsin area. You will respond to dispatches, transport and install equipment, and troubleshoot issues in the field, ensuring continuous operation.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service and 1–2 years in technical repairs, plus a valid driver's license and color vision. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in a customer service role.
• 1–2 years in technical repairs.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record; color vision required.

Responsibilities

• Transport, install (if applicable), and maintain IGT equipment at retailer locations.
• Attend driver training and follow company vehicle policy.
• Maintain equipment to promote continuous operation.
• Troubleshoot to restore malfunctioning equipment in the field.
• Report activity, arrival/departure times, problems and resolutions to Dispatch.
• Deliver marketing supplies and track inventory.
• Provide basic training to Retailers; refresher training as needed.
• Complete basic forms for reporting activities and equipment issues.
