Job summary

International Game Technology (IGT) is seeking a Field Service Technician to maintain and service gaming equipment at retailer locations. You will respond to dispatches, travel to customer sites, install, remove, or repair equipment and communications devices, and support technical teams with maintenance and upgrades.

The role requires experience in electronics or field service, strong computer literacy, and the ability to read wiring diagrams.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics, repair, field service, or related industry.
• Must be computer literate with documented technical experience.
• Knowledge of AC/DC fundamentals and ability to use basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service IGT equipment at retailer locations.
• Respond to dispatches and travel to customer sites within a zone to install, remove, or repair equipment and devices.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair gaming machines; support teams with maintenance and program upgrades.
• Read wiring diagrams and test pay tables, reels, and bonus awards.
• Ensure data lines, fiber optics, and telephone lines are installed and functioning.
• Share knowledge with customers and maintain a positive IGT image.
