Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience.
• EPA Universal 608 certification required.
• Experience repairing commercial cooking or refrigeration equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret site drawings.
• OSHA awareness with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests; troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment.
• Communicate repair status with supervisor and store management.
• Submit same-day work notes and ensure proper charge allocations.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels.
• Maintain service vehicle and tools to company standards.
• Repair fuel dispensers and fuel security systems (training provided).
• Inspect interiors/exteriors for safety and maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, and food service equipment.
• Comply with OSHA and Pilot Company regulations.
• Collaborate with internal departments and provide guest/service excellence.
