Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a skilled Facilities Technician in the Flagstaff, AZ area to perform installation, preventive maintenance, and repairs on HVAC/R systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and fuel dispensers across multiple store locations.

You will troubleshoot issues, maintain equipment, and ensure safety standards are met while benefiting from weekly pay, a company vehicle, and provided tools. Travel is limited and work occurs during normal business hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Universal 608 certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC service experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests; troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment.
• Communicate repair status with supervisor and store management.
• Complete same-day work order notes and submit to supervisor; ensure proper charge allocations.
• Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms to company standards.
• Diagnose and repair fuel dispensers and fuel security systems (training provided).
• Inspect facility interiors and exteriors for safety and maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on rooftop HVAC units, split systems, ice machines, refrigeration, fryers, and other equipment.
• Ensure all repairs comply with OSHA and Pilot Company regulations.
