Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking an HVAC/R technician to install, maintain, and repair facility systems across multiple store locations in the Saint Paul, MN region. You will perform preventive maintenance on rooftop units, refrigeration, fryers, and other food service equipment, while ensuring safety and compliance.

You will work independently with minimal supervision, travel less than 10% of the time, and receive a company vehicle, tools, and PPE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Universal 608 certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of recent commercial HVAC service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests; troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment per warranty and industry standards.
• Communicate repair status with supervisor and store management.
• Maintain stock levels and care for service vehicle and tools.
• Repair fuel dispensers and fuel security systems; basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
