International Game Technology (IGT) is seeking a Field Service Technician 1 to perform entry-level break/fix service, routine maintenance, and installation support on lottery and gaming equipment under close guidance from senior Field Service Technicians.

The role develops a foundational understanding of IGT service protocols and product basics while working at customer sites and with experienced technicians.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year electronics/technical repair experience or a technical degree preferred.
• Valid drivers license with clean MVR; ability to obtain technician license.

Aufgaben

• Communicate with customers via email or chat to gather basic service-need details and follow established protocols.
• Review manuals and diagrams to confirm equipment/software/peripherals are installed correctly and connected to the proper system.
• Use diagnostic tools to test and troubleshoot basic functional issues; escalate uncommon issues to senior staff.
• Visually inspect equipment for damage; perform routine PM work and maintenance.
• Repair or replace peripherals and hardware on warranty/service contracts and confirm resolution with on-site staff.
• Create tickets for basic Lottery service issues and gather photos, part numbers, and details.
• Complete assigned administrative duties (time sheets, service work orders, expense reports) within timeframes.
• Document parts shipped and stock the fleet vehicle; record serial numbers and repair tags.
