Job summary

Interior Logic Group, Inc. is seeking a Cabinet Field Service Technician to deliver high-quality warranty repairs and product installations across occupied homes and new construction sites in California.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to define scope, timelines, and expectations while maintaining safety and ILG quality standards. The role requires strong communication, hands-on carpentry and cabinet repair skills, and the ability to mentor less experienced technicians as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ years in construction or related trades with increasing responsibility and technical complexity.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance as required by state law.
• Ability to perform repairs and service work in occupied homes.
• Good verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Experience training or mentoring other technicians as experience increases.
• Experience in cabinetry repair, touch-up, or adjustment.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, touch-ups, and installation tasks across multiple trades and materials.
• Conduct repairs and replacements in occupied homes with safety and ILG standards in mind.
• Coordinate material handling and production install logistics.
• Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and materials for field operations.
• Travel to local customer locations to perform field service and support.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams about scope and timelines.
• Document completed appointments accurately and promptly.
• Provide feedback to internal teams on product quality and process improvements.
• Mentor and support less experienced technicians as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
