Job summary

Kodiak Gas Services is seeking an entry-level technician to assist in running one or more compression jobs, and to operate compressor packages and equipment including rentals. You will provide feedback for developing the location's operating policies and material forecasts for assigned units.

The role requires basic diagnostic and repair skills, the ability to troubleshoot, and the willingness to work overtime and be on call.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of Kodiak SSE program preferred.
• Some knowledge of gas processes and compressor equipment helpful.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting skills, reading/writing English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running one or more compression jobs and operate compressor packages.
• Provide feedback for location policies and material forecasts for units.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and assist other field positions as needed.
• Maintain units in a clean, presentable condition and complete required reports.
• Provide 24/7 coverage and be available for on-call rotations.
