Qualifications

• Experience in electromechanical equipment service and maintenance.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies fleet requirements.
• Willingness to travel extensively and drive several hours per day.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, mornings, afternoons, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment such as self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls.
• Act as a first-line response to customers and communicate solutions clearly.
• Organize and triage customer issues to provide timely resolutions.
• Resolve problems proactively and document outcomes.
• Complete formal training to provide customer service solutions.
