Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a field service professional to install, service, and repair electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self-checkout systems across assigned territories in the United States. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, live travel, and adherence to safety standards.

The ideal candidate has certifications (A+, CompTIA, Network+) and experience with PCs, operating systems, networking, and imaging software, along with excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Qualifications

• Local candidate in the geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets fleet requirements.
• Ability to travel, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate with safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible
• Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner focused on resolution
• Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs provided by NCR Atleos
• Comply with NCR Atleos policies, including Shared Values, Code of Conduct, health and safety standards, accurate timekeeping, and fleet and safe driving requirements
• Perform other related duties consistent with qualifications and business needs
• May be reassigned to adjacent service territories during standard shifts to meet operational needs
