Job summary

Wagner Equipment Co. in El Paso, TX seeks a field service installation and troubleshooting expert for the full line of technology products.

You will install, test, and support AG and machine control systems on earthmoving equipment and work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful deployments. This role requires 3+ years of technical/mechanical experience and strong customer service skills, with up to 75-100% travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years technical or mechanical experience in field service.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Completes detailed service reports within 24 hours of last labor.
• Provides on-site or call-in service for customer agreements.
• Performs installations of AG and machine control products.
• Tracks and reports product issues to WECo and factory contacts.
• Maintains documentation and prepares warranty paperwork.
