Wagner Equipment Co. is seeking a Field Service Manager in El Paso to lead the field service department, oversee administrative tasks, budgeting, and safety compliance. You will drive efficient field operations and collaborate with the Branch/Service Manager to align with company goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college or trade school preferred.
• 5+ years servicing heavy equipment; supervisory/management experience beneficial.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to develop budgets and manage field service operations within set constraints.

Responsibilities

• Oversees administrative needs and paperwork flow, invoicing, and purchasing (P.O. numbers).
• Ensures warranty invoicing is completed for internal and external customers.
• Prepares reports and documents for Field Service/Branch Manager.
• Develops and manages yearly budget for Field Service operations.
• Maintains fleet paperwork, safety records, and DOT compliance.
• Collaborates with Branch/Service Manager on objectives and cost-effective repair guidance.
• Schedules field technicians in trainings and ensures up-to-date skillsets.
• Provides safety equipment and training to technicians as required.
• Resolves customer concerns regarding service work and provides clear quotes.
