Job summary

Wagner Equipment Co. is seeking a Technology Products Service & Support Technician to install, troubleshoot, and support a full line of technology products across our ag and machinery platforms.

The role emphasizes on-site service, training, and collaboration with both internal teams and customers. The position requires 3+ years in technical/mechanical roles and 3+ years of customer service experience, with travel up to 100%.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years technical or mechanical experience (machine service/maintenance).
• 3+ years customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Completes detailed service reports within 24 hours from last labor.
• Completes and submits time cards daily.
• Completes warranty paperwork within 24 hours from last labor.
• Provides on-site or call-in service for extended support agreements.
• Installs AG technology products and retrofits on equipment as needed.
• Travels 75–100% as required by projects.
