Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will supervise a team of service engineers and technicians, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of services, solutions, and projects to customers. You will contribute to executing service strategy and growth by focusing on cost-effective delivery and adherence to guidelines. Your expertise will drive service achievements through resource planning, allocation, and implementing standard procedures and safety protocols. The work model is remote. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring customer focus, urgency, and care, building sustainable relationships for growth, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Driving process and practice improvements based on customer feedback (Net Promoter Score) to enhance customer experience.
  • Allocating, driving, and monitoring work based on order content, delivery time, competencies, and workload.
  • Managing a team of service professionals, guiding their development, and ensuring effective organization within your area of responsibility.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with 6+ years experience preferred.
  • Or Associate Degree in Electrical Theory with 8+ years of experience preferred.
  • At least 5 years in critical power systems, with 2+ years in leadership roles.
  • Strong technical knowledge of UPS, generators, PDUs, and batteries preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, projects, and client relationships.
  • Knowledge of industry standards (NFPA, ANSI, OSHA).
  • Understanding of regulation and legal compliance, technical support, project management, quality management, operations, sales, marketing, and product management.
  • Certifications such as NETA, IEEE, or manufacturer-specific are advantageous. Experience in mission-critical environments (e.g., data centers, hospitals, industrial facilities).
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50-60% and work in a combination of office and field settings.
  • Must have work authorization to work in the US.
