Job summary

Flow Control Group is seeking a Field Service Operations leader to deploy and optimize Salesforce FSM across multiple brands. You will work with operating groups to roll out strategy, train managers, and integrate FSM with CRM and ERP systems.

The role requires strong project management, analytics, and hands-on FSM experience, with up to 50% travel. Remote and in-office work options are available within Flow Control Group.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years deploying Field Service Applications.
• 3+ years in field service or 5+ years in field service support.
• Experience developing Field Service KPI reports and dashboards.
• Experience managing deployment projects.
• Salesforce.com Field Service Consultant Certification is a plus.
• Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Deploy the Field Service Management platform for multiple brands and operating groups.
• Develop training materials for FSM usage by key roles.
• Train service management on FSM tools and best practices.
• Provide project management oversight of FSM implementations.
• Develop forecasting capabilities and solutions for sales channels.
• Create and evaluate KPIs to measure field service performance.
