Job summary

Flow Control Group (FCG) is seeking a Field Service Operations leader to configure, deploy, and optimize the Field Service Management platform across brands. You will work with operating groups and service leaders to rollout the strategy and drive performance improvements.

The role requires strong project management and analytical skills to evaluate field service performance, develop metrics, and train managers. Travel up to 50% and a hybrid/remote work setup are supported.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying Field Service Applications.
• Experience developing Field Service KPI reports and dashboards.
• Experience managing deployment projects.
• Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification a plus.
• Experience required: 3 years in this field or 5 years of field service support.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Works with service leads, brand managers, IT, and 3rd parties to capture business requirements and priorities.
• Develops training material on FSM usage and field service strategy for key roles.
• Trains service management on tools and best-in-class field service processes.
• Provides project management oversight of FSM implementations.
• Collaborates with operating groups to forecast and understand sales channel outlook.
• Performs analysis and develops KPIs to measure field service performance.
• Identifies business needs and proposes solutions.
• Uses FSM platforms to design dashboards and reports.
