Job summary

Flow Control Group in North America is seeking a Field Service Operations Leader to deploy the Field Service Management platform across brands and operating groups. You will partner with brand leaders, service leaders, IT, and operations to translate strategy into actionable FSM deployments.

The role requires strong analytics to evaluate field service performance, develop metrics, and train managers. You will work with CRM, ERP, and other systems to integrate FSM into the broader infrastructure

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience deploying Field Service applications.
• Experience developing Field Service KPI reports and dashboards.
• Experience managing deployment projects.
• Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification a plus.
• Experience: 3 years in this field or 5 years of field service support.
• Demonstrated experience training/mentoring service techs and managers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge a plus.
• Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Works with service leads, brand managers, IT, and 3rd parties to define business requirements.
• Develops training material on FSM usage with key roles.
• Trains service management on FSM processes and strategy.
• Provides project management oversight of FSM implementations.
• Develops forecasting capabilities across sales channels.
• Creates KPIs to evaluate field service performance.
• Identifies additional business needs and presents solutions.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Uses Salesforce to design dashboards and reports.
