Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent preferred.
• 3 years’ field service leadership experience in a gaming manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops a workflow for field service technicians.
• Schedules work orders and personnel.
• Coaches and evaluates technician performance.
• Ensures policy and safety compliance.
• Provides training to field service staff.
• Coordinates software and hardware upgrades.
• Interacts with TAC to escalate field issues.
• Oversees field operations and paperwork for casino sites.
