Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks a Lead Field Service Representative to manage a four-person FSR team supporting the ISV-H prototype program.

You will coordinate field operations, provide expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostics, and ensure readiness across test locations with strong liaison to OEM and government stakeholders. The role requires approximately nine months of training in Dearborn, MI, with extended travel to Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD and Fort Bragg, NC, and requires U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Active Secret security clearance required and must be maintained.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; advanced degrees welcome but not required.
• Minimum 10 years of military vehicle maintenance, field service, sustainment, logistics, or related experience.
• Experience leading maintenance teams, field support organizations, or technical personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated OEM-KBR Field Service Representative team and oversee operations.
• Develop staffing plans, site coverage schedules, and daily work assignments.
• Coordinate maintenance across multiple test locations to maximize vehicle readiness.
• Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, and restoration of prototype vehicles.
• Serve as primary point of contact for OEM program leadership, government personnel, and test agencies.
• Support prototype build events, vehicle configuration reviews, and system integration activities.
• Review operator manuals, maintenance publications, parts documentation, and training materials.
• Coordinate inventory accountability, parts management, and replenishment efforts.
• Support FRACAS activities and failure investigations.
• Assist in New Equipment Training, operator familiarization, and test support activities.
• Maintain maintenance records, readiness reports, inventory docs, and technical support docs.
• Support KPI tracking, dashboard reporting, and monthly performance reviews.
• Coordinate corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
• Support logistics demonstrations and user assessment activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, configuration management, and reporting requirements.
