Job summary

General Dynamics Land Systems seeks a competent Field Service Representative / Supervisor to lead up to 9 remote CVMs across multiple locations. You will schedule work, maintain asset accountability, and supervise maintenance and repair activities on NBCRV Stryker platforms.

The role requires 3–5 years of FSR supervisory experience, an associated degree, and Stryker FSR certification. Travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years related FSR experience with progressively responsible leadership or supervisory experience.
• Associates' degree from an accredited school in a related business or technical discipline required.
• Must be certified Stryker FSR or successfully complete Stryker FSR Academy.
• 6–9 years of related work experience; equivalent military service acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a workforce of up to 9 remote CVMs in 8 locations, scheduling manpower, workload, and priorities.
• Engage in constant communication with customer, management, and personnel to ensure contractual requirements are met.
• Plan/supervise Contracted Logistical Support operations as directed by USG schedule.
• Maintain 100% accountability of assigned equipment and LTDD documentation.
• Oversee preventive maintenance checks and services on NBCRV Stryker variant and related subsystems.
• Direct maintenance steps to accomplish repairs using BITE, tools and documentation.
• Complete maintenance and administrative forms and reports related to performance of duties.
• Travel to remote CONUS/OCONUS locations as needed.
