Ford Motor Company is seeking a Field Service Representative to bridge engineering, product development, and the field, embedding with the engineering team to become the SME for a new military-use vehicle. You will help develop manuals, training content, and validation activities for real-world operation.

You will travel across the United States for training, validation, and pilot support, with evening/weekend hours as needed. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role in a dynamic program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• 2+ years hands-on vehicle diagnosis, maintenance, and repair experience.
• 2+ years experience using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 2+ years of experience reading, interpreting, and contributing to technical documentation with strong technical writing.

Responsabilités

• Engineer partnership with SME development for the specialty vehicle and its systems.
• Develop into the go-to SME for vehicle design, function, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair.
• Support development of manuals, training content, and validation activities with cross-functional teams.
• Create and validate publications, wiring diagrams, and service information.
• Develop classroom training curriculum for operators and technicians, including military personnel.
