Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in field service or related technical environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or Business.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to mentor, coach, and train colleagues.
• Customer-focused mindset with experience managing relationships.
• Experience using service management systems or CRM tools.
• Ability to travel 50% across Belgium.
• Fluency in Flemish/Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 8 Field Service Engineers across Belgium.
• Coach and develop team members to enhance skills.
• Promote safety, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Partner with service leadership on workforce planning, onboarding, and development.
• Monitor service delivery performance and improve response times.
• Assist the team in resolving complex customer issues and escalations.
• Coordinate resources for installations, maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, Product Management and Operations.
• Use service metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support Lean, Daily Management, and problem-solving practices.
• Ensure compliance with policies and quality standards.
• Contribute ideas to improve team performance and customer experience.
