Job summary

NexTier Completion Solutions Inc. seeks an experienced field operations leader to manage CNG Power Solutions at the wellsite, ensuring exceptional service delivery and on-site coordination with the customer.

You will direct field crews and equipment to meet contracted objectives and uphold safety standards throughout operations. Responsibilities include risk assessment, training supervision, planning frac equipment layout, and driving improvements while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle a dynamic work environment within defined deadlines.
• Organize and prioritize work with consistent follow-through.
• Maintain a valid driver license and the ability to operate NexTier vehicles.
• Ability to work flexible work schedule, including long and/or irregular hours.
• PC literacy and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and multi-task.
• Ability to work closely with fellow employees in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees CNG Power Solutions operations at the wellsite and ensures service delivery.
• Coordinates job activities with customers on site.
• Directs field crews and equipment to meet client objectives.
• Ensures safety standards compliance and environmental procedures.
• Manages personnel competence and training.
• Plans site layout and equipment placement for frac operations.
• Holds pre-job meetings and ensures contingency plans are in place.
• Monitors costs to reduce demurrage and unnecessary expenditures.
