Job summary

FORCE America is seeking a Field Service Support Specialist in Savage, MN. You will engage customers, provide technical support, and deliver hands-on product training for hydraulic systems.

The role focuses on building relationships, guiding installations, and creating training materials. Travel to customer sites and participation in trade shows may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates Degree in Fluid Power, Mechatronics, Mechanic or equivalent combination of years of experience and education highly preferred.
• Strong mechanical ability to be able to teach and coach others.
• Strong communication skills (oral, written, and presentation).
• Work experience in fluid power, highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Field Service Support Specialist

Our Mechanical Field Service Specialist(FSS) is a customer-facing role dedicated to assisting in the sales and technical support of our hydraulic products in the marketplace. This is base in our Savage, Minnesota location. The Field Service Support Specialist assists customers to determine their needs, provides product training or retraining, develops and maintains relationships with customers, works on equipment while providing guidance on best practice in the use of, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
