Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and mechanical experience.
• 2+ years in field service in a mechanical role with customer interaction.
• Strong mechanical ability to teach and coach others.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.

• Builds relationships with customers to provide technical support in an effort to build customer competency and confidence with product, team, and FORCE America.
• Facilitates hands-on individual or group product training for customer base.
• Develops training materials on product function, maintenance, and repair.
• Assists with technical needs development, resolutions, and making physical changes to products and applications in the field.
• Travels to customer sites to support needs to determine and/or implement most appropriate resolutions or installations.
• Assists in trade shows, customer visits, and product demonstrations as needed.
• Achieves company goals in assigned territory for revenue growth.
• Other duties as assigned.

FORCE Ameria, Inc is looking to fill an opening for a Mechanical Field Service Technician to support our operations in Fort Dodge, Iowa. This position is a customer facing role dedicated to assisting in sales and technical support of our product in the marketplace. The Field Service Support (FSS) assists customers to determine their needs, provide product training or retraining, develops and maintains relationships with customers, works on equipment while providing guidance on best practice in the use of, maintenance, and repair of equipment, address concerns, and provide technical guidance.May also assist with sales of products and services to generate revenue.

Primary Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent and experience working in mechanical roles.
• 2 or more years in Service Support working in the field in Mechanical Role, directly interacting with customers.
• Strong mechanical ability to be able to teach and coach others.
• Strong communication skills (oral, written, and presentation).
