Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in customer service, order processing, or returns/warranty administration.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with high data-entry accuracy.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and ticketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Process standard RMAs, including warranty credits, replacements, and returns.
• Validate credit requests and ensure proper documentation.
• Enter Initial Stocking Orders (ISO) into the ERP with accuracy.
• Reconcile RMA records with receipt and disposition information.
• Respond to routine questions on RMA and order status.
• Explain rebill corrections and outcomes per policy.
• Route quality incidents and technical inquiries through escalation paths.
