Job summary

Hunter Engineering Company in Bridgeton, MO is seeking an Associate, Field Service Support to help process RMAs, rebills, and orders accurately and in a timely manner, following established procedures.

You will support Independent Sales & Service Representatives, resolve routine questions about RMA status and return policy, and document case activity clearly to enable seamless teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years’ experience in customer service, order processing, or returns/warranty administration preferred.
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with high data accuracy in record keeping.
• Able to work independently and adapt to varied tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Process standard RMAs, including warranty credits, replacements, and returns.
• Validate credit requests and ensure proper documentation.
• Complete customer rebills accurately and on time.
• Enter Initial Stocking Orders (ISO) into the ERP system.
• Reconcile RMA records with receipt and disposition information.
• Respond to routine questions on RMA status, order status, and return policy.
