Job summary

MasTec Communications is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead field crews and oversee telecom maintenance activities across projects. You will direct job-site activities, develop team capabilities, and ensure safety and customer satisfaction.

The role requires travel across sites and coordination with customers to deliver high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have experience with Comcast Genesis, node splits, and related maintenance work, plus the ability to obtain a DOT medical card.

Qualifications

• Must be familiar with Comcast Genesis, node splits, and Comcast maintenance technician work.
• Willingness to travel 100% of the time.
• Must have or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card for driving purposes.

Responsibilities

• Direct multiple crews and manage on-site activities.
• Develop team skills and telecom knowledge.
• Provide high-level customer service when interfacing with customers.
• Lead by example and support a strong safety culture.
• Drive the team to meet deadlines and deliver quality projects.
• Support Comcast maintenance work, node splits, Genesis upgrades and system upgrades.
