Job summary

EMR (Electric Motor Repair) in Beltsville, MD seeks a Field Service Supervisor to lead and coach Service Technicians in the field. You will oversee large jobs and quotes, provide hands-on technical support, and ensure workmanship meets our CAUSE standards while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

You will spend most of your time in the field, training technicians, coordinating with management, and driving service excellence across the branch.

Qualifications

• Train, mentor, coach, and oversee Service Technicians in the field.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced field environment.
• Must meet all Grade 3 Service Technician requirements.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise technicians in the field.
• Provide ongoing feedback to improve workmanship.
• Oversee large jobs and quotes.
• Provide hands-on technical support in the field.
• Monitor quality of field work and customer service.
• Identify technician training needs and report to management.
• Run service calls as needed to support branch operations.
• Support branch operations and special projects.
