Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead the customer-facing service team on route and in-house. You will ensure high levels of service and product quality, while overseeing hiring, training, and development to build a strong team.

The role requires compliance with DOT driving requirements, active license, and a DOT medical certification, with opportunities for career growth within the Rental organization.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements and maintain compliance for driving a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license, 21+ years old, DOT medical certification.
• Experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service team on route and in-house to ensure top service quality.
• Hire, train, develop, and evaluate staff for performance and safety.
• Drive a company vehicle to customer sites and assist with tasks as needed.
• Maintain customer relationships and manage contract renewals.
• Improve route structure and ensure driver compliance and efficiency.
