Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead our customer-facing service team both on route and in-house. You will supervise the service staff responsible for customer service, sales, and the pick-up and delivery of products, while guiding hiring, training, and performance evaluations to ensure top service and quality.

The role includes driving a company vehicle to customer sites, assisting with lifting, and maintaining efficient route structures and driver compliance.

Qualifications

• Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) driving requirements.
• Prior experience in a sales-related role and customer service is preferred.
• Strong leadership and training abilities.
• Ability to manage routes and driver compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service staff responsible for customer service, sales, and the pick-up and delivery of products.
• Hire, train, develop, and evaluate the service team to ensure excellent customer service and product quality.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from customer sites and assist with lifting, carrying and walking in client accounts.
• Maintain an efficient route structure and ensure driver compliance as a middle-management supervisor.
