Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead the customer-facing service team, both on route and in-house, ensuring top-tier service and product quality. You will supervise staff, hire, train and evaluate the team to deliver efficient service and maintain strong customer relationships.

You’ll drive a company vehicle, assist with lifting and navigation at client sites, and oversee route structure and driver compliance in a middle-management role.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license required
• DOT medical certification required
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Documentation of previous employment required

Responsibilities

• Supervise service team delivering customer service, sales and on-site/pick-up deliveries
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate the service team to ensure quality and efficiency
• Drive a company vehicle to customer sites and assist with lifting and access at accounts
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and handle contract renewals; optimize route structure and driver compliance

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor's degree preferred
