Packsize is seeking a Resident Service Supervisor to lead a team of Resident Service Engineers at key customer locations in Greencastle, PA. The role focuses on installing, maintaining, and supporting Packsize equipment while building strong customer relationships.

The position emphasizes training, safety, and 5-Star service, with opportunities to travel for installs and special projects. A strong mechanical and problem-solving background is essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence.
• Basic Excel and Word skills.
• Knowledge of Windows platforms.
• Advanced mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders and move heavy materials.
• Independent judgment with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel for training and site work.

Responsibilities

• Complete and pass all training courses.
• Develop expert knowledge of Packsize hardware and software.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
• Analyze customer KPIs to identify issues and perform maintenance.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot equipment.
• Provide clear written technical documentation.
• Coach and train team members.
• Manage site workload and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Ensure accurate spare parts inventory.
• Resolve escalated issues with complex systems.
• Represent Packsize at customer sites with professionalism.
• Occasional travel for installs and projects.
