Job summary

EnviroServe, a Clean Harbors Company, in Commerce City, CO, is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to plan, lead, and coordinate the daily operations of the service line crew. You will ensure proper equipment operation, drive efficiency at the work site, and complete timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental field service operations or related industry.
• Strong safety focus and adherence to regulations.
• Ability to train and guide technicians and crews.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes.
• Read work order and ensure all required equipment is available and operational prior to starting jobs.
• Inspect equipment and general work area prior to starting any job.
• Correct deficiencies that may cause accidents, injuries, lost productivity or harm to equipment or that are inconsistent with client’s requirements.
• Communicate and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment when required.
• Complete all paperwork including service receipts and submit to management.
• Lead technicians and instruct on equipment operation and service line processes.
• Operate all necessary equipment in service line following training and safety procedures.
• Practice safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
• Provide industrial services using proper techniques and equipment.
• Manually inspect and maintain valves, hoses, pumps, and fittings.
• Travel for site work as required by the job.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure HPC safety policies are followed.
• Meet deadlines and maximize resource efficiency.
• Direct crew performance and ensure compliance with client requirements and company policies.
• Enforce company policies and may remove employees from a job if required.
