This role ensures proper operation of equipment, drives operational efficiencies at the work site, and guarantees timely documentation of job activities.

The position requires managing technicians, performing preventive maintenance, and leading safety initiatives on-site in a rigorous industrial environment in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental field service operations and related industries.
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 2–4 nights per month.
• On-call readiness for emergency response situations.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise a crew.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, organize, and coordinate daily service-line operations.
• Ensure equipment operation and on-site safety and efficiency.
• Complete documentation and service receipts in a timely manner.
• Train Technicians I and II in equipment operation and processes.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce safety policies at the site.
• Communicate with clients and management to meet deadlines and standards.
• Safely operate vehicles per DOT and company guidelines.
• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of work areas.
