Job summary

Warren CAT in Tulsa, OK, is seeking a Service Supervisor – Field Service to oversee the field service technicians and the day-to-day operations of the Machine Field Service Department. You will lead safety initiatives, set work procedures, and ensure seamless transitions of service processes to customers and internal teams.

The role emphasizes improving efficiency, payroll management, and maintaining strong customer relationships while meeting KPIs and profit targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent and five years of related experience.
• Depth of knowledge in machine service issues, business accounting, and leadership.
• Prefer two years in a supervisory role in a service industry.
• Ability to read, comprehend and interpret instructions, procedures, and reports.
• Ability to define problems, collect data and apply basic problem-solving.
• Must learn CAT DBS System, Lotus Notes and SIS.
• MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficiency; familiarity with Cognos/Crystal/Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise field service technicians and daily Machine Field Service operations.
• Maximize efficiency and truck utilization through scheduling and communication.
• Manage work orders, paperwork, and reporting expectations.
• Monitor technician performance and KPIs; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Recruitment and retention of technician staff.
• Establish and maintain exceptional relationships with Warren CAT’s customers.
• Handle quotes on work orders and manage profit margins.
• Oversee safety compliance and enforce DOT regulations.
