Job summary

Wagner Equipment Co. seeks a Field Service Supervisor for Power Systems to lead contract field service technicians and CA technicians. You will implement efficient operations, drive safety, and collaborate with coordinators to meet CAT standards and service excellence.

The role emphasizes strong customer relations and on-time, quality service. Key responsibilities include scheduling, dispatch, risk management, and maintaining tool inventories while ensuring DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year supervisory/management experience.
• 1+ year technical or mechanical experience.
• 3+ years customer service experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of CRM/Sales Link.
• Intermediate knowledge of Service Link/SIS Web.
• Advanced knowledge of DBS.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all assigned technician direct reports.
• Works closely with office staff to improve and maintain processes and procedures.
• Open, close and invoice work orders.
• Meet Caterpillar standards and service excellence metrics.
• Ensure DOT/CDL compliance with fleet.
• Coordinate scheduling and dispatching of technicians.
• Maintain safety training and PPE for jobs.
