Job summary

Xylem in Meridian, Idaho, is seeking a Service Supervisor – Field to lead daily field operations, oversee technicians, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance on every job. You will manage scheduling, staffing, and equipment, coordinate with sales and service teams, and drive profitability while delivering excellent customer service.

In this role you’ll enforce OSHA/MSHA standards, maintain training records, and supervise timecards and payroll processes.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of field service or rental operations experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enforce safety compliance across field activities per policies and OSHA/MSHA.
• Oversee field service work orders, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
• Manage rental equipment staging, deployment, and returns; monitor costs.
• Maintain project documentation and track labor, materials, and profitability.
• Schedule personnel based on demand and certify payroll while coaching staff.
• Coordinate with Sales/Operations/Service teams and manage customer communication.
• Ensure prevailing wage compliance and organized payroll documentation.
