Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three or more years of field service or rental operations experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enforce safety compliance across field activities per policies and regulations.
• Oversee field service work orders, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
• Manage rental equipment staging, deployment, tracking, and returns.
• Track labor, equipment usage and material costs; ensure accurate project profitability.
• Schedule personnel by project demand and provide coaching and feedback.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Fleet, and Service teams; maintain client communication.
