WASH is seeking a Service Supervisor in the United States to oversee field service operations for the assigned territory and manage repairs of washers, dryers, and related equipment. You will lead a team to improve first-time fix rates, coordinate ongoing training, and work with other departments to deliver exceptional customer service.

You will supervise performance, coach staff, and resolve escalated customer concerns while ensuring safety standards and adherence to company policies.

Qualificações

• Five years of service supervisor experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Effective, motivational leadership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn WASH's custom software quickly.
• Ability to read and interpret general business materials and regulations.
• Strong written communication and reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the service department; repairs of washers, dryers, and ancillary equipment in the field.
• Lead the team to maximize first-time fix rates and minimize returns.
• Coordinate ongoing training for the service team and ensure knowledge of equipment.
• Collaborate with leaders in other departments.
• Drive productivity and high-quality customer service.
• Performance management including coaching, reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns and implement root-cause resolutions.
• Ensure safe work practices and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
