Job summary

WASH is seeking a Service Supervisor to manage all service operations for the assigned territory. You will lead the service team, oversee repairs of washers, dryers, and ancillary equipment in the field, and ensure safety and compliance with company policies.

As a hands-on leader, you will drive first-time fix rates, coordinate training, collaborate with other departments, and address escalated customer concerns while seeking root-cause resolutions.

Qualifications

• Five years of service supervisor experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the service department; repairs of washers, dryers, and ancillary equipment in the field.
• Lead team to maximize first-time fix rates and minimize return calls.
• Coordinate ongoing training for service technicians to maintain current knowledge of equipment.
• Collaborate with leaders in other departments.
• Drive initiatives to improve productivity and customer service.
• Performance management including training, coaching, reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns and identify root-cause resolutions.
• Ensure safe work practices.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
