Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead our customer-facing service team both on route and in-house. You will supervise the team that provides customer service, sales and the pick-up and delivery of products to our customers, while hiring, training, developing and evaluating staff to ensure top service and quality.

This middle-management role requires strong leadership, the ability to optimize route structure, ensure driver compliance, and maintain excellent customer

Qualifications

• Active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment

Responsibilities

• Supervise service team providing customer service, sales and pick-up/delivery to customers
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate the service team to ensure high service and product quality
• Oversee route structure and driver compliance
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and handle renewals of customer contracts

Education
