Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead a team of Field Engineers on behalf of Automated Logic. You will mentor, train, and coordinate resources for new construction projects, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and collaboration with project managers and engineers. You will manage field operations, drive quality, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and customer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in the HVAC, Construction or building automation and controls industry.
• 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Clean and valid driver’s license.
• Capable of climbing ladders or using other lift equipment up to 8 feet and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to travel regionally with occasional overnight stay.

Responsibilities

• Provide necessary documentation and communication to all customer levels and management.
• Follow up on daily logs and ensure timely delivery to administration and project managers.
• Represent Automated Logic professionally in meetings and prepare backup support as needed.
• Lead, document, and participate in annual and semi-annual performance reviews for staff.
• Collaborate with engineering and programming teams to feedback on quality and standards.
