Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead a team of Field Engineers, mentor new hires, and coordinate execution of new construction projects in Cora PPM. The role includes ensuring staff has knowledge to perform work within budget and collaborating with Project Management for timely project completion.

The supervisor will oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and reporting, while maintaining communication with customers and internal teams to meet project goals and standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years HVAC, construction or building automation experience.
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience.
• Clean and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel regionally; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide documentation and communication to all customer levels and management.
• Ensure proper timesheet collection, site visits, and daily logs in Cora PPM.
• Coordinate resources for new construction projects and mentor team members.
• Lead performance reviews and mentor new and current Field Engineers.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Graphics developers and programmers to feedback on quality and standards.
